Its versatile design allows it to easily peel, slice and trim those delicate cuts on small fruits and vegetables, yet it’s retains the strength to bone meats and rock and chop with ease. Similar to a paring knife but only better, The Petty Knife strikes a perfect balance of power and precision. At 9.25” in overall length and 5.8 ounces, it’s light as feather and the maneuverability is excellent. Like the rest of our culinary line, The Petty Knife is made with Elmax steel featuring all the high end qualities of the latest industry super steels. It features long lasting edge retention, ease of sharpening and reliable corrosion resistance with reasonable care. Each of our Petty Knife comes with a molded kydex sleeve for blade protection during storage and safety during travel. The Black and Gray models come with a black kydex and the Seafoam and White models come with a tan kydex.
