Posh Chocolat's origins are deeply rooted in adventure. Whether it be exploring the National Parks in Montana or traveling to cocoa farms in Brazil we seek the roads less traveled. We are husband and wife chefs turned chocolatiers, having worked in Michelin-rated European restaurants before moving to Montana to launch Posh Chocolat in 2005. We are dedicated to creating honorably sourced, fine chocolates utilizing simple ingredients.

MEET OUR TRAIL MIX CHOCOLATE BAR In this decadent bar, posh chocolat combines 38% milk chocolate, hazelnuts and puffed rice with horchata spices producing a very aromatic and delightful chocolate bar.

MEET OUR ALMOND TOFFEE DARK CHOCOLATE BAR Our best selling toffee made into this smooth dark chocolate bar. With a rich 70% dark chocolate, each bar features a layer of almond toffee bits.

Flathead cherries are a dark cherry variety that grow in the unique climate at the base of flathead lake in western Montana. This decadent bar combines 38% milk chocolate with organic dried flathead cherries and Anise for an easy to love and impossible to forget chocolate bar that transports you to cherry picking on a summer evening.
